1. Service Description

BrandDetect.ai is an AI visibility scanning and monitoring platform. We query major AI platforms (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews) on your behalf to measure how often your business is recommended in AI-powered search results. We provide visibility scores, competitor analysis, and actionable recommendations based on those results.

2. Account Terms

You can run a free scan without creating an account. To unlock your full report, you must provide a valid email address. To access Pro monitoring features, you must create an account with a valid email and password.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform beyond your own scan results
• Exceed reasonable usage limits (rate limits apply to prevent abuse)
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the operation of the service or its infrastructure

4. Billing Terms

BrandDetect Pro is a paid subscription available on a monthly ($39/month) or annual ($348/year, billed as a single payment) basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Data Handling

When you run a scan, we send queries to AI platforms on your behalf using the business name, industry, and location you provide. The responses from those platforms are analyzed and stored in our database to generate your report.

We do not share your scan results, business information, or personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Accuracy and Disclaimers

AI visibility scores and competitor data reflect what AI platforms returned at the time of scanning. AI models change frequently, and results may vary between scans. We do not guarantee that AI platforms will return consistent or predictable results.

Our recommendations are informational and should not be considered professional marketing or legal advice. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandDetect.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
